A Case of Bladder Tumor

Abstract

|
Authors experienced one case of transitional cell carcinoma of the bladder (Garde 2). This case was 26 year-old military soldier who had suffered from painless hematuria, pain on both testicles and giddness for 1 year duration.
Operative findings and procedure as follows;
Under the general anesthesia, laparotomy was performed by lower median incision and bladder cavity was opened.
Main mass (3.5¡¿2.5¡¿1.5§¯) in the left wall of bladder was removed and the other small masses (0.5¡¿0.5¡¿0.2cm, 0.6¡¿0.7¡¿0.8§¯) in the anterior wall and near orifice urethra also removed by electric cautery.
Postoperative course was uneventful.
